Mike Fletes
Mike Fletes has spent 21 years helping families buy, sell and finance homes, and he does it with real estate and mortgage under one roof. With 142 homes sold and a 5.0 Zillow rating, Mike brings the rare advantage of knowing both sides of the deal: how to market and negotiate a home and how to structure the loan that gets it closed.
Mike started his career in mortgage at Countrywide Home Loans, where he rose from sales to team manager and turned an underperforming team into the #1 team in the company within months. Along the way he saw too many buyers and sellers let down by agents who didn't perform, so he built Fletes & Co. to deliver the representation clients deserve: clear communication, sharp attention to detail and a plan for every step.
Today Mike and his wife Camille, a licensed mortgage loan officer, lead Fletes & Co. Real Estate | Mortgage, serving clients across Los Angeles, Ventura and Kern Counties. He also shares practical advice on buying, selling and financing a home on his YouTube channel, and se habla español.
Away from work, Mike is a proud husband and father of two daughters. He's grounded in his faith, committed to his health and always looking for ways to help others. His promise is simple: local expertise, proven results and concierge level service.
